The collection consists of correspondence of G. Leland Green as president of Berry College and as principal of its predecessors, the Berry Junior College and Berry Schools (Mount Berry, Ga.) from 1920-1942. The letters regard a variety of administrative matters including requests for information about Berry from parents, students, and others; letters to current and/or former students regarding disciplinary actions, credits earned, their status as a student, work or scholarship opportunities, and financial concerns; and procurement of equipment and supplies for the school. The collection also contains reports (1920-1927) from the Principal's Office and Registrar's Office to Martha Berry and the Board of Trustees, Comptroller's reports (December 1924 - April 1925), and faculty meeting minutes.
